POWER series attitude in a smaller chassis design.

Power > Size. These compact amps deliver the same gut wrenching power as its big brother, but their chassis designs are up to 40% smaller. DTM (Dynamic Thermal Management) allows efficient heat transfer that minimizes physical size and enables installs under seats and other compact areas when abundant power is required.

The T600-2 small chassis design and power output is a great alternative when power is a must and space is limited. Don't let its size fool you... this all MOSFET amp packs enough power to run one 2-Ohm DVC or two 4-Ohm DVC subwoofers with ease and its dual function EQ can tune-in any pair of high frequency component speakers for premium sound quality.

Key Technologies of Rockford Fosgate's Power Series Amplifiers:

Punch EQ2
The Punch EQ on-board equalization circuit helps correct acoustical deficiencies in the listening environment. When set to Low-Pass(LP) operation, it becomes a variable Bass Boost, up to an 18dB Boost @ 35Hz. When set to High-Pass (HP) operation, it acts as a variable Mid-Bass and Treble Boost, up to 12dB Boost @ 12KHz. When set to All Pass (AP) operation, both Bass and Treble frequencies are boosted.

TRANSana [TRANS conductance Active Nodal Amplifier]
TRANS-ana is a sound quality circuit that is a standard in the recording industry that simplifies the signal path of the amplifier, allowing the signal to travel through the amplifier at a low voltage. The result: Greater reliability, cleaner performance and exceptional musicality, speed, and durability.

TO-247 MOSFETs
Custom designed TO-247 MOSFETs have 60% more metal tab area providing more power handling capacity, lower impedance and improved heat dissipation over traditional TO-220 MOSFETs found in Most Competitors amps.

DSM [Discrete Surface Mount]
DSM utilize 1% tight-tolerances improving efficiency of the circuit, decreases cross-talk from other discrete components and lowers operating temperature.

DTM [Dynamic Thermal Management]
Rockford Fosgate engineers have developed an award winning cooling design called DTM. This patent pending design seamlessly manages the output of power supply temperatures, while evenly distributing the excess heat across the entire amplifier.

MEHSA3 [Maximum Efficiency Heat Sink Application - 3rd Generation]
MEHSA3 reduces MOSFET temperatures, lowers distortion, increases durability and prolongs the output device life span.

NOMAD [Non Multiplying Advanced Decision]
NOMAD is a "real time" analog computer that protects your amplifier from dangerously low speaker impedances and shorting speaker wires.
