THE HARD DATA:

Contains one 10w3v3-4 in a sealed enclosure, 500 watt power handling. Wired for 4 ohm mono. Installs behind passenger side cargo area trim panel. Installation requires permanent modification to the factory trim panel and removal of OEM "subwoofer" if vehicle is so equipped.
