The CDE-100 is the affordable single-DIN solution that steps up your sound to premium Alpine quality, for hours of music enjoyment.

Simple Plug-in with Front USB Port and Front Aux Input
With a direct USB and auxiliary input available conveniently on the front of the head unit you can connect to additional devices. Connect MP3 players like the iRiver Clix, Creative Zen, or Toshiba Gigabeat, using the MTP protocol or even connect USB memory devices like thumbdrives and USB hard drives. Song lists on USB devices are displayed in alphabetical order, and the unit will find music files while ignoring other file types.

Note: MP3 device or cell phone cannot be independently controlled through the head unit.
Fire up the Music
In addition to additional devices via USB or the auxiliary port, the CDE-100 offers first-rate CD,MP3, WMA, and AAC playback. Its the perfect way to fire up the music on your drive.

Search and Volume Control
The signature Alpine rotary encoder offers easy adjustment and USB menu search capability. The CDE-100 is also remote control ready, simply add on the RUE-4202, sold separately, to make it even easier to control your head unit functions.

Built-in Equalizer
Select from six different EQ modes to get the best sound from all your sources. (Flat/Rock/Pop/Vocal/Jazz/Club).

Convenient Display
This unit is equipped with blue illuminated buttons, and a 1-Line LCD display for select CD text.

Front USB Port
Featuring a front USB port for USB memory sticks and portable hard drives. Includes a dust cover to close the port if not in use (no support for iPod connection). Music Scan lets you find your favorite song fast!

Rotary Encoder
Rotary volume knob for easy adjustment, plus easy USB menu search capability.

Front AUX Input
The front AUX port (3.5mm mini jack) can be used to connect a portable MP3 player or similar via it's headphone jack.
